San
San - one of the main rivers in Poland, with a length of 457 km. The San has its sources in Ukraine but flows only a little over a kilometre there, continuing for more than 50 km as a border river. The source of the San is in the Bieszczady Mountains, and its further course stretches through the Subcarpathian Voivodeship and such towns as: Sanok, Lesko, Przemyśl, Leżajsk, and Stalowa Wola, before becoming a right tributary of the Vistula near Sandomierz. The San is an incredibly charming and picturesque river, particularly in the Bieszczady section, where it is a mountain, clean stream. In terms of length, the San is the sixth longest river in Poland.
