Poland Travel [#35] - regions with the highest number of attractions for children
Some children don’t need much – a sandcastle, a stick in the woods, a slide. However, some require more attractions to have a successful holiday. Which places in Poland offer the most?
Wrocław – a child-friendly city
The choice of this city is obvious; after all, where else can you encounter gnomes at every turn? The ubiquitous little beings are not the only attraction in Wrocław. The city's zoo and the Africarium will definitely impress children. It is one of the best facilities of its kind in Europe. It includes, among other things, a several-metre-long tunnel filled with water and fish – walking through it makes a stunning impression even on adults. Wrocław is also home to a wonderful multimedia fountain. The combination of music and lights will mesmerise our children.
Małopolskie with children
In this region, the list of attractions for children is endless. Of course, the main one is Energylandia. The largest amusement park in Poland offers everything: slides, carousels, roller coasters, a water park, and magic shows. Kids aged 2 to 18 (and even older "kids") will have a great time here. Nearby, we can find Zatorland – a park of dinosaurs, insects, and mythology. All the exhibits are of impressive size, making them very realistic. Małopolskie is also home to Kraków – here, along with the children, you can explore Wawel, museums, aquaparks, and the zoo.
Attractions for children by the sea
The coastal belt offers a whole range of attractions for children – each city and town offers something different. In Sopot, there’s a water park for kids, and in Rumia, even one with sharks. In Łeba, children will feel like they are in the Sahara, and on the way to Jastrzębia Góra, they can get lost in a corn maze. Everywhere you turn, you can find amusement parks, miniature parks, and circuses. Northern Poland is a paradise for children.
