Szczecin
Szczecin - the capital of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, the seventh most populous city in Poland - is home to around 405,000 residents. Located on the Oder River and Lake Dąbie, near the border with Germany and close to the Szczecin Lagoon and the Baltic Sea. Due to its location, it holds significant importance for port, shipbuilding and trade activities. The city has historical ties to German culture, which is evident in the architecture of its buildings. Szczecin is an important tourist attraction and an incredibly interesting place in Poland.
